Community Service - Blood Donation and Health Screening Project

7 Leos attended this Blood Donation and Health Screening Campaign organized by District and LC of KL North . They assisted to distribute flyers, promote  Glucose level test and organ donation to the public. 845 bags of blood were collected,18 Organ Pledge received. 150 people were screened for health where they had their glucose level checked, BMI and 20 tested for cholesterol. Other than service the community, we were enjoying very much throughout this service !

Leo Orientation, Youth Exchange & Yes Camp Program

This activity was organized by Lions Club of KL North. Leo Club of SMK Jinjang was the COOC for this program. We also took over the position of secretary, treasurer ,floor manager, ticketing and registration. There were 9 Lions and 61 Leos participated this activity. The purpose of this  Leo orientation is to foster new members’ commitment, reduce their anxiety, help them understand Leo Club’s aspiration and guide them in their respective job position. This orientation ended at 3.00pm. 

Leo Wong Tsok Linn and Leo Teh Kai Xin were the persons who incharged registration and ticketing.

 Every participated Leo Club and member received one certificate of attendance.

Community Service - Recycling

Date    : 22nd July 2012
Time    : 9.00 am - 12.00 pm
Venue  : Recycling Centre

We are grateful that that day is a sunny day. There are 9 Leo's member assisted to classify the stuffs according to its qualities and types. The classified stuffs will be sent to recycling factory.

 Leos were sorting the newspaper according to its size.

Leos were carrying the stuffs into the recycling centre.

School Service - Redecorate

Time : 12.45 pm - 2.15 pm
Venue : Volley Ball Court SMK Jinjang

There are 21 Leos were attending and painting the tyres and redecorate it with colourful painting. We were helping each other and learn the important of unite.

 Leos added the paint into the paint tray.                  

 Leos were painting the tyre.

 Leos wrote ‘‘LEO CLUB OF SMK JINJANG’’ on the tyre.

Fund Rasing

Venue :  SMK Jinjang

SMK Jinjang had organized SAYANGTHON around the area of Jinjang. There are 15 Leo's members assisted in this fund raising event. We sold all of our beverages and earn about RM 500 ~
